Personalized Meditation/Physical Movement

Recent studies show that there are many benefits of yoga and meditation in relieving physical and mental stress.  I will work with you to develop a customized plan of meditation and physical movement within your counseling sessions or during separate sessions to help you start quickly receiving the benefits. 

 I will guide you through sessions in a private, non-judgmental environment.
