It takes a special person to run into the unknown. Whether it be life-threatening, scary, an adrenaline rush, or just a routine call I specialize in working with First Responders. I understand that “traditional therapy” doesn’t always work in these situations. We will find a method that works best to help you. I have spent over 15 years in a local busy Emergency Room as a Medical Social Worker. I have worked with many medics, firefighters, doctors, nurses, PSA’s, police officers, and detectives with the severe stress this kind of job causes them. By working in the ED, I have a specialized knowledge of what your job entails. It is my personal goal, to be a resource for any first responder who needs help. I want to be there for you when you aren’t sure where to go.

*I am also CISM (Critical Incident Stress Management)Certified to help you or your unit return back to work.
