YOUR MENTAL WELL BEING

With over 20 years experience, I follow a short-term, strength-centered approach to counseling in which we will discover what your "ideal" life looks like and begin a process to help you move forward.  My personal philosophy is that a therapist should be "your own personal cheerleader" who supports you in a non-judgmental way, as well as someone who will gently challenge you to grow, break down the walls stopping you, and achieve your desired success.

I don't believe in therapy being a life-long commitment. I try to offer suggestions in a quick and easy manner that you are able to work on outside of sessions. My goal is to help you fill your mental health "tool box" with strategies that help you in your time of need. I believe in “tune-up” appointments (1-2 sessions) after you have completed counseling to help you stay focused on your goals.
